Conversational interfaces are becoming fundamental in delivering a high fidelity customer experience in today’s omni-channel applications. By bringing in highly engaging, natural, and rich conversational experiences to applications, the users have been provided with new ways to interact. Conversational AI Frameworks encompassing chatbots offer a conversational experience that can deliver immediate productivity gains, and provide access to behavioral and proactive insights.
Chatbot Sample app has been developed by leveraging the Kony's Chatbot Framework. This sample app supports both Mobile and Desktop Web application channels. Once the app is launched, click the Chatbot icon present at the bottom-right of the screen to open the Chatbot window. From the chatbot window, you can start interacting with the chatbot by typing your queries.

Note: The chatbot present in the sample app has been trained only to answer queries related to news and weather.
